We are a TFL Authorised Ultra Low Emission Zone Testing Centre for Motorcycles, Mopeds and Scooters.

 

Located just outside the Ultra Low Emission Zone in Noak Hill, Romford, Essex. We are only 5 minutes ride away from junction 28 of the M25 so you won’t have to pay the £12.50 to ride to us to be tested after the ULEZ has been expanded on the 29 August 2023..

The ULEZ is enforced based on the declared emissions of the vehicle rather than the age of your motorcycle. In general, Euro 3 engines of motorcycles, scooters and mopeds registered with the DVLA after July 2007 would be ULEZ compliant and will not need to be tested.

If your motorcycle, scooter or moped is not ULEZ compliant and needs to be tested, your machine needs to be running so we can complete the ULEZ test. A motorcycle, scooter or Moped ULEZ test is £175.

Please do not forget to bring your V5 logbook as we cannot test without it.

​

After your motorcycle has passed the test you will be able to ride in the ULEZ zone the following working day after your test.

 

What happens if my motorcycle, scooter or moped does not pass the ULEZ test? 

Our experienced and qualified motorcycle technician’s will be on hand to advise and modify your machine on site. To re-test your machine is £75.
